Our custom orthotics are designed specifically for your feet, addressing your unique needs and complaints. Unlike off-the-shelf insoles, these orthotics are crafted based on your foot shape, gait, and medical history, ensuring optimal comfort, support, and performance.
How It Works
1. Purchase the Package – Select the custom orthotics package that suits your needs.
2. Book a Video Consultation – Schedule a convenient time in our calendar for a one-on-one consultation. During this session, we will discuss your foot complaints, assess your gait, and review your medical history to understand your requirements fully.
3. Foot Impression Kit – We will post a foam box to your address so you can create an accurate impression of your feet.
4. Custom Design & Prescription – Using your foot impressions and consultation information, we design orthotics tailored to your specific needs and complaints.
5. Delivery of Custom Orthotics – Your personalised orthotics are shipped directly to you.
6. 6-Week Review – We follow up with a review email six weeks after delivery to see how your orthotics are performing and to check your comfort and satisfaction.
7. Adjustments – Minor adjustments are free within 8 weeks of delivery. After this period, adjustments are available for a nominal fee.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase therefore, if you purchase an item online, you have the right to refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Custom Orthotics
Because custom orthotics are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. However, your comfort matters to us.
- Adjustments are included within 30 days of delivery
- If fit or comfort issues arise, we’ll work with you to make reasonable modifications
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind once custom fabrication has started
Prefabricated/Non-Custom Products
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved
Appointments for Custom Orthotics
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointment otherwise a charge will apply
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be refunded
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
