If you purchase an item online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To qualify:
The item must be an off-the-shelf product (i.e. not personalised or custom-made).
You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
14 days to return the item from the day of receipt.
A full refund (including standard delivery costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
2. Custom-Made or Personalised Orthotics
Items that are custom-made to your specifications (e.g. based on a foot scan, prescription, or measurements) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.
These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are:
Faulty
Not as described
Not fit for purpose
We will clearly state at the point of sale whether an item is custom-made and non-returnable.
